A few photography FAQs

If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for here, you can always reach out.

  • Do I have to live in the Bay of Plenty to work with you?
Not at all! You can send us your products in the post, and we’ll take it from there.
  • Will I be able to use the images on my website and social media?
Absolutely. We’ll talk about the specific images you need before your photoshoot, and make sure we take any special crops or size requirements into account on the day.
  • Will I have to provide props?
If you have any specific props you’d like to use, feel free to send them over. But we have a huge range of props that we love to use during shoots, and we can source anything else that’s required. So if you don’t have any on hand that’s no worries at all.
  • How will I get my products back?
Once the shoot’s done and dusted, we’ll send them back to you via courier.
  • Can you incorporate logos and branding into the images?
Yes, we sure can. We’ll discuss any logos and branding needed ahead of the shoot, and will take these into account when creating the layout. We can also add any logos and branding needed post-production, so you can use them straight away.
  • What will my photography cost?
If you’re wondering how much your photography will be, our packages are a great place to start. If you can’t find what you’re looking for there, we also put together bespoke packages. Every bespoke project is different, so if that’s what you’re after, you’ll need to reach out for a quote.
  • What happens if I don’t like the images?
Communication is a big deal to us. We always have plenty of open discussion before a shoot, so we’re all on the same page and the expectations are clear. That means it’s very unlikely you’ll be unhappy with the outcome. But on the rare chance you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll work with you to come to a solution.
  • Do you collaborate with other creatives?
The beauty of Roz McIntosh Photography & Styling is that we cover both the styling and photography side of things – so it’s not often you’ll need to get another creative on board. That said, we’re always happy to work with graphic designers, content writers, and web developers to make sure that the layout and crop of your images is totally fit for purpose.
  • Do I have to come to the photoshoot?
It’s totally up to you. We talk in detail about what we’re going to achieve before the big day, so it’s unlikely you’ll need to be there. But if you’d like to pop along, you’ll always be warmly welcomed.
